Who a Property and Financial Affairs LPA is right for
A Property and Financial Affairs LPA is usually worth putting in place if you recognise your situation in one of the following:

How much does a Property and Financial Affairs LPA cost
A single Lasting Power of Attorney, whether for Property and Financial Affairs or for Health and Welfare, costs £100. If the same person needs both, the combined cost is £150 rather than £200, with no hidden extras once your consultation has taken place.
The Office of the Public Guardian also charges its own registration fee of £92 per LPA. This is a separate government fee, not part of our charges, and applies whether you register the LPA yourself or ask us to handle it for you.
